Shoestrings

I'm poor. Okay... not really, but kind of. I am a married, college student. I like dressing up and all attempts to look cute are made on a "shoestring" budget. I feel good about an inexpensive, fun outfit... shouldn't we all. This is a blog where it is cool to find deals, shop at garage sales, and not care who knows!
